Some good news. Wammy and I opened a comic shop in the town we live in. It is pretty cool working for myself!
Marvel Comics had a retailer incentive for Ordering X-Men Deadly Genisis and the retailer who upped their order by the highest percentage would win a free ad in one of their January books and we won it. It looks like the ad might run in January's Ultimate Spider-Man. Woo Hoo!

This is totally weird. The main page says AsIs posted something on November 10, but I can't find it here. What gives?

Well, and now that I've posted, AsIs's post has appeared for me. How weird.
Great news, AsIs! So is Wammy going full time with the business? Or did he keep his "day job" as well? Tell him I have some chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream for him at Da Bar whenever he wants it.

The board was asleep and you had to wake it up first.
Wammy is keeping his day job, I'll let him know about the ice cream, he'll probably be right over!
Oh and I cleaned out my mailbox especially for you Merle!

Wow, Meaghan has gotten big since Boston!
My favorite picture of her from that trip is charging the old guy who was taking our picture at the mini golf course.
Thanks for sharing the pictures Rantarn.

Thanks Asis. Today it would have been her little sister doing the charging. Erin is like a rewind of Meaghan at that age, especially when she wears the hand-me-downs.

This article made me think of Ian...hi Ian...and hiya to everyone else still checking in here.
World's Largest Aquarium Opening In Georgia
It's opening a couple of hours from Augusta and already curious sea lovers are showing up for a preview of the world's largest fish tank.
The Georgia Aquarium has more than 100-thousand animals in eight million gallons of water and a viewing window that's more than 20 feet tall.
From beluga whales in an arctic environment to coral reefs, coastlines and rivers, there are 60 different habitats and creatures from around the world now all under one roof.
But these guys may be the biggest attraction.. in more ways than one.
Ralph and Norton two whale sharks now about 16 feet, should grow to around 40 feet.
Whale sharks are the world's largest fish. Two came from Taiwan via UPS! Not your every day delivery.
With a project this big, there were some other very large challenges -- like installing this huge aquarium window. But perhaps the biggest story here is the huge generosity that made it all possible.
Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus donated 200 million dollars of his own money to give Atlanta this gift.
With wide eyes everywhere today it's clear Marcus' dream is already making a splash... introducing a new generation to the wonders of the sea.
The Aquarium is open to people who hold season passings Monday and Tuesday. It will open for everyone on Wednesday. It's located between Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Dome.
For more information, visit Georgia Aquarium Website.

Hello all!
As I would like to keep this board active, although admittedly I haven't been doing my share of posting, I thought I would share this. This is Erin after I took her on her first Halloween Trick or Treating adventure.

And here's Meaghan a few days before that standing next to this year's Jack O'Lantern attempts.
